My name is Claire Filipek and I am bipolar.

What you witnessed was a manic episode. This was brought on by a myriad of stressors and lack of self oversight.

I apologize gravely to all I involved and hurt/concerned.

Especially my family to whom I owe my resilience, as they are my most fervent supporters.
